Validity is also not determined by pain and the goal of a social movement is to make the world a place where other people exist without any of the problems you faced. It tends to be devisive and paint gay men as "the real victims" while acting like bi and ace people's problems are insignificant or less than your own. While you're not a troll, i think, a lot of shit you say tends to imply ace and bi people are less lgbt, less queer, less a part of The Community TM, etc etc than exclusively gay people. It also helps get context to what you mean by homophobic. That being said, I looked through your post/comment history because I thought you were a conservative "drop the everything after g" troll. Imo the intent is clear, but its definitely enough to not scream bIsExUal suPrEmaCy before asking OP what they intended ffs.

A simple question would've cleared it up. This reaction image is OFTEN used to express general confusion instead of likening someone to cavemen, too. Only the reaction image (part of the delivery) could maybe be seen as questionable by someone looking to complain about nonexistent monophobia. There is nothing about the joke itself (the wordplay) that relies on or even tries to make the assumption that monosexuality is less valid. But on top of all of that, the post gets its humor from wordplay. In this case, the meme being posted on an lgbt sub, by and lgbt person should be enough to give them the benefit of the doubt as to whether they intended to support some bigoted view as made up as heterophobia.

Here's why I cared about semantics tho: if you meant that this is """"""""mOnOpHobIc"""""""" rather than homophobic, I could see how you could maybe question the intent. It should be clear that they have no prejudice against homosexuality, as stated above. An LGBT person posted a meme that gets its humor primarily from wordplay around a silly question and how different identities can/cant answer it. Intent matters more than making up meanings that aren't there, and the intent is obvious. Confused unga bunga often just represents confusion, which it does in this case (OP even confirmed this). The main point was that reaction images are shorthand for ideas. This is really just semantics, so thats why it was just a sidenote. Semantics, I know I know) You could make up a word like monophobic (with blatant parallels to hEteRopHoBIa so please don't) to better describe this notion of "bIsExUaL sUpRemAcY", and that would make more sense, not as a valid argument but as a possible interpretation, but also would be dumb af.

It's just that the word is racist, not homophobic in this case. (A racist person, for example, will hate black gay people even if they aren't homophobic, and that ofc doesn't make them any better of a person. Any prejudice would be against monosexuality, not homosexuality. Nothing about this post, even if it intended to call monosexuals cavemen, would be homophobic. It clearly supports homosexuality in bi people, as well as treating homo and heterosexuality the same. Homophobia is a prejudice against same gendered attraction or people who experience it. That was more of a sidenote, but to clarify, I was saying that homophobic isnt even the right word.
